1. Purpose of these terms and conditions.
1.1 These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) consist of contractual terms that
apply exclusively to purchases of catalog products offered for sale on the
website www.shop.pmj.it owned and managed by Domino Creations s.r.l. owner of the PMJ brand (the "Seller"), a company governed by Italian law,

1.2 Domino Creations s.r.l. advise Customers who wish to purchase products
advertised and published on www.shop.pmj.it to read these GCS carefully.
2. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of the products.
2.1 The purchase of products on www.shop.pmj.it is completed by placing an
order by the Customer and involves the conclusion of a purchase and sale
contract with the Seller governed by these GCS, a contract in Italian and
governed by Italian law.
2.2 The Customer, after registering and accessing his personal area, by clicking on the "buy now" button, can make binding purchase orders relating to the
products he/she has selected and placed in the virtual shopping cart.
2.3 Once the order has been sent, the Seller will send the Customer
confirmation of the order in the email box indicated by the Customer in his

failure to confirm the email, the order is deemed to have been rejected by the
Seller and therefore has no effect on the Seller.
2.6 The purchase orders in relation to which the advance payment is expected will be processed (English: satisfied) as soon as the Seller receives the total
payment of the purchase price and any shipping costs from the Customer.
2.7 The Seller therefore invites the Customer to pay the price as soon as the
order confirmation is received and in any case within the following 3 days.
2.8 The products supplied remain property of the Seller until full payment of
the amount indicated in the order made by the Customer.
2.9. The Seller assumes no responsibility if the products covered by the order
are not available for reasons that do not depend on the will of the Seller himself; in this case, the Seller will have no obligation to deliver the products ordered
by the Customer to the Customer and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer to the Customer.
2.10 In calculating the delivery times to the Customer of the products, "working days" means Monday to Friday (therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays
and other holidays).
3.Product prices, destination, timing and shipping costs.
3.1 All prices of the products offered for sale on www.shop.pmj.it are inclusive of VAT, net of transport costs and any discounts due to promotion codes.
3.2 The Customer is required to pay the total amount indicated in the order
summary (including price and shipping costs) which can be viewed on
www.shop.pmj.it at the moment before sending the order.
3.3 This total amount must therefore be understood as definitive and inclusive of value added tax.
3.4 Shipping costs are highlighted in the order summary and also invoiced by
the Seller to the Customer.
3.5 The products are delivered throughout Italy and throughout Europe by TNT or FEDEX courier.
3.6 The shipment takes place, barring unforeseen circumstances, within 2 working days. Courier delivery takes place in 24-48 hours. Any delays will be
communicated to the Customer, but such circumstance will not give him/her
the right to cancel the order.
3.7 Shipping costs are free for all of Italy, while they amount to 10 euros for
deliveries of products to the remaining countries of the European Union. Any
shipping costs required for the import of goods into non-EU countries (for
example Switzerland, Norway, in the future United Kingdom, etc.) are excluded from shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer.
3.8 Important warning: as soon as the ordered goods are received, it is the
Customer's responsibility to ensure: that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package; that the personalized adhesive tape is intact and not tampered with; that the
number of packages indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number of
packages actually delivered.
4.1 The Seller accepts the following payment methods:
-through Paypal system;
-by credit card.
4.2 The Seller will only accepts payments from bank accounts in the territory of the European Union and Switzerland.
4.3 Bank costs (e.g. commissions) or other costs related to payments made are charged to the customer.
4.4 In the event of a purchase made by credit card, the charge will take place at the time of shipment of the order.
4.5 The sales invoices or credit notes are issued by the Seller exclusively in

5. Customer's withdrawal
5.1 Only the "consumer" Customer (referred to in art. 3 paragraph 1 letter
a) Italian Consumer Code) can freely withdraw from any order-contract
stipulated for the purchase of products offered on the website www.shop.pmj.it, by following the steps below:
1. Within 14 days of receipt the goods, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with indicating accurately: order number, model, size, the reason for the return

5.2 Instead the "professional" Customer (referred to in art. 3 paragraph 1 letter c) of Italian Consumer Code) has no right to freely withdraw from the orders-contracts stipulated with the Seller.
5.3 The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the (consumer) Customer
within 14 days from the date on which he/her communicated the withdrawal to the Seller or came into possession of the ordered products. In the case of
multiple products purchased by the Customer with a single order and delivered separately, the aforementioned term of 14 days starts from the day on which
the Customer enters possession of the last product delivered.
5.4 However, the Customer loses the right to withdraw if he/her has used only
the original packaging of the Manufacturer of the items to make the return, and this has caused damage to the products made such as to make them
unsuitable for resale. In this regard, the Customer can still use the envelope or box with which the products have been shipped, or any other cardboard box of the dimensions useful to contain the product to be returned, for the purposes
of the return. In other words, the Customer undertakes to pack the product to
be returned in the best possible way to prevent it from being damaged.
5.5 Following the withdrawal in accordance with the above conditions, the
Seller will reimburse the payments made by the Customer within 14 days from
the day on which the Seller will be informed by the Customer of the withdrawal. In case of delivery of the products already occurred, however, the refund can
be suspended until the return of the returned products and the verification of

6. Conditions and methods for returning the products.
6.1 The Customer is obliged to take action without delay in returning the
products, arranging for their shipment within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to the Seller his intention to withdraw from the contract of sale.
6.2 The products must be returned correctly packaged in their original
packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with any
accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In the event of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense and care, replace it
in order to be able to return the products, adopting the procedures already
specified in paragraph 5.3 above.
6.3 The products must also be provided with the transport document (present
in the original packaging), in order to allow the Seller to identify the Customer
(order number, name, surname and address);
6.4 The returned products must not have been used by the Customer (in
particular for motorbike trips); the only permitted use being that of proof of
wearability; in general, the products must be in a state that allows them to be
resold as new.
6.5 If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective, with the consequent right of the Seller to definitively retain the collected price.
6.6 The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products
resulting from any manipulation of the same other than that necessary to
establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products
6.7 It is advisable to send the return by courier with tracked shipping.
6.8 Any loss of the returned product will not allow a refund.
6.9 The costs of the returning are charged to the Customer.

7. Warranty for defects and product defects and additional information
7.1 The provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (ICP) apply to the purchase of products made on the website www.shop.pmj.it regarding the warranty for
defects and product defects.
7.2 Consequently, the Customer can exercise the rights referred to in art. 130
ICP in the terms provided for by art. 132 ICP.
7.3 Reports of possible defects and discrepancies of the products must be

8. Applicable law and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
8.1 These GCS and the sales of the products offered on the website
www.shop.pmj.it are governed by Italian law. In case of doubts about the
interpretation of these GSC, the Italian version will prevail.
8.2 For any controversy deriving from the present GCS or from the transactions between the Seller and the Customer, the latter can make use of the
extrajudicial definition procedure foreseen by the articles 141 and following ICP.
8.3 The Customer may also activate the online dispute resolution procedure on the website http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
